• Missed bookings will be forfeited.
• Late arrivals to finish within the timeslot.
• The next guests will be seated at their reserved time.
• Seating is limited, especially on peak days and weekends.
• Inform in advance if there will be extra seats required (non-decorating guests) for setup purposes.
• No cancellations within 24 hours of your booking.
• Refunds are subject to a 25% deduction fee.
• Preparations and setup are completed in advance to ensure smooth and efficient service for your special event.
